Taking Flight
You’ll begin with ground school, where students learn the theoretical aspects of aviation. Topics covered may include aerodynamics, aircraft systems, weather theory, navigation techniques, airspace regulations, and flight planning. When you’ve passed your ground school course and mastered the flight simulator you’ll move on to instructor-led flight training.
Our experienced flight instructors will guide you through in-air training in a Cessna from our private fleet. You’ll begin with familiarizing yourself with the basics of the aircraft before moving on to the fundamental flying skills such as takeoffs, landings, climbs, descents, turns and other maneuvers.
